Method

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Add water and oil
  3. Work into tacky ball
  4. Knead until elastic
  5. Put dough in greased bowl covered with damp cloth
  6. Rise in warm place until size doubled (90-120 min)
  7. Divide dough in two and shape
  8. Preheat oven to 180 °C
  9. Let dough rise for 20 min
  10. Bake for 45 min
