Lentil curry



  1. Cook lentils, drain and set aside
  2. Cook rice, drain and set aside
  3. Fry garlic and onion until golden brown
  4. Add tomato sauce, coconut milk, and spices then cook together for 5 min
  5. Add lentils and cook for a further 20 min
